Director, CCTM Meals Strategy

The position is responsible for leading and driving the accelerated growth of The Coca-Cola TM across Japan and Korea by delivering a prioritized Meals growth strategy that will deliver mid to long-term growth across business, W+ recruitment and equity. What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Lead the development of Long Range Business Plan of JSK Meals by delivering a clear AH and AFH Meals Strategy, business objectives, financial and recruitment targets. Support the Meals Market Execution Leads on Annual Business Plan  

  • Give guidance on market’s meals investment strategy by sharing best practice business models, channel prioritizations (i.e. E&D vs QSR vs CVS) and providing course correction recommendations  

  • Lead JSK Monthly Business Review focusing on Meals to identify current issues and emerging opportunities by connecting multiple data sources to find business and consumer insights that can impact the business strategy and execution both in the long and midterm. Unlike QPR or Weekly Business Tracking, this analysis will be focused on how the brand is doing wholistically towards achieving its mid to long-term objective. 

  • Be the primary brand support to Creative Team on Meals marketing communication and content development including the Local Food Pairing Communication Strategy and Content (i.e. CoChiLu, My Meal Partner) 

  • Lead ideation on initiatives to drive recruitment and transactions that delivers on the Meals Strategy going beyond product and focusing more on packaging or new ways of engagement (i.e. Multiserve Always On Pack Program) 

  • With enterprise mindset, connect closely with the Global Meals community network to represent JSK on alignment including business planning routines, learning and sharing best practices, adaptating the overall global TM strategy for JSK

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Work experience for at least 10 years in the area of brand/product marketing at FMCG including new product development. 

  • A well-tuned skill in taking a wealth of consumer research and understanding and arriving at the most important insights for brand strategy development. 

  • Strong passion and responsibility to lead the project and deliver results.  

  • Consumer centric mindset. 

  • Strategic thinker. 

  • Curious about consumers, trends, food & beverage, and our brands. 

  • Innovative and breakthrough thinking.  

  • Skills to analyze complex market and consumer environment and form own recommendation. 

  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills. 

  • Good leadership and communication skills to involve many stakeholders internally and externally.
