Manager Quality and Food Safety Middle East Region

The QSE Manager role acts as a key integrator across Quality, Safety, Environment, enabling implementation of the company initiatives in region. The role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of QSE management systems through strong compliance, structured implementation, performance monitoring, trend analysis, and reporting, by applying operational and technical principles. What You’ll Do for Us

  • Drive the implementation of The CocaCola Quality System (KORE) and related Safety and Environmental requirements, ensuring products, packages, ingredients, services, and production facilities comply with company standards and local regulations across the geography.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of Quality, Food Safety, and Safety programs through endtoend system assessments, performance analysis, and site reviews, ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement plans are developed, implemented, and sustained across bottling plants.

  • Provide technical QSE expertise to bottling partners, copackers, and other stakeholders for new plants, processes, and line investments, leading validation, and authorization of new or modified systems and equipment.

  • Monitor and support product, package, and operational QSE performance in the market, including quality, food safety, and safety trends, customer feedback, and market surveys, ensuring timely corrective actions with bottlers.

  • Provide guidance to beverage plants on company sampling, testing, and monitoring requirements (quality, food safety, and environmental where applicable), facilitating coordination with internal and thirdparty laboratories.

  • Support development and deployment of new processes and QSE system applications, identify technical investment needs, and monitor effectiveness to enable new product categories and operational capabilities.

  • Provide QSE input to Marketing, Commercialization, R&D, and Bottler Operations for new product and package launches, and operational troubleshooting related to product, process, quality, or safety risks.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and instructions required for plants to produce products in compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

  • Conduct regular plant and operational visits to support and monitor QSE system execution, manufacturing processes, and safe work practices, providing integrated technical guidance during implementation.

  • Support capability building by training frontline leaders on KORE, Quality, Food Safety, Safety fundamentals, laboratory practices, and manufacturing processes.

  • Support and conduct assessments and audits of fountain customers to evaluate conformance with company standards for beverage quality, food safety, and operational safety.

Qualification & Requirements

·                  Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology or related field is required

·                  3+ years of work experience with progression of quality systems management in a manufacturing environment preferably in the consumer good industry. 

·                  Experience and abilities in the areas of: Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and applications, food regulatory and microbiology.

·                  Advanced analytical, problem solving, facilitation and communication skills. Must have capability to review, analyze, summarize, and interpret quality systems data, draw conclusions, interpret quality systems data, draw conclusions, make appropriate decisions and recommendations.

·                  Arabic speaker

·                  Demonstrated skill to persuade/influence both internally and externally to the function and organization. 

·                  Technical knowledge and experience in bottling operations, beverage production technology, and supplier processes. 

·                  Ability to understand risks and create mitigation plans. 

·                  Experience with customer teams and audits is preferred
