World of Coca-Cola Retail Supervisor, Café Operations

Position Overview 

The Retail Supervisor, Café Operations is responsible for supporting daily operations and performance of the Bottle Cap Café, located outside of World of Coca-Cola, with a secondary responsibility supporting the Retail Store operations. This role ensures exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and adherence to safety, brand, and service standards. 

This role does not directly oversee people but provides operational guidance, training support, and floor leadership while serving as Manager on Duty when assigned. 

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities – Café Operations (60-70%)  

• Support daily front- and back-of-house café operations 

• Execute café opening and closing procedures per SOPs 

 Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards 

• Support café revenue, service flow, and operational efficiency 

• Ensure proper ordering of inventory while responsibly managing food, beverage, and supply costs

• Assist with POS transactions, refunds, and service recovery 

• Handle cash, deposits, and asset protection procedures 

• Escalate operational or guest issues to leadership as needed 

• Model Coca‑Cola values and guest-first behaviors 

Retail Store Operations (3040%) 

• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled 

• Perform store opening and closing procedures 

• Support retail sales and guest service standards 

 Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation 

• Perform sales transactions as needed 

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies 

Guest Experience & Brand Standards 

• Deliver best-in-class guest service across Café and Retail 

• Handle guest concerns professionally and respectfully 

• Support inclusive guest interactions 

 Maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor 

• Adhere to safety, ADA, PCI, and life safety standards 

Training & Operational Support 

• Support training and retraining of ambassadors on SOPs 

• Reinforce service and operational standards 

• Partner with leadership to execute company programs 

• Provide clear communication and guidance on the floor 

Required Skills & Competencies 

• Retail or foodservice operational knowledge 

• Strong guest service skills 

• POS and basic inventory proficiency 

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

 Strong communication and professionalism 

Physical Requirements 

• Stand and walk up to 6–8 hours 

• Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs 

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching 

• Work in varied temperatures and busy environments 

Education & Experience 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• 1–3 years experience in retail, foodservice, or hospitality 

• Prior key‑holder or lead experience preferred 

• Must pass drug screen and background check

Pay Range:

$57,800 – $69,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
