CPS AR PQA Manager

This role plays a key part in ensuring food safety, quality excellence, and packaging compliance within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of integrated management systems, a hands‑on approach to risk management and continuous improvement, and the ability to engage cross‑functional teams to deliver results.
What You’ll Do for Us
Quality & Food Safety Management Systems
Lead and maintain the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, KORE, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Own integrated management system programs, including internal audits, document management, management of change, continual improvement, and organizational knowledge.
Identify and manage quality, food safety, environmental, and operational risks using structured problem‑solving and preventive tools.
Audits & Management Review
Lead external audits (GAO and third‑party), coordinating preparation, execution, communication of findings, and approval of corrective action plans.
Facilitate plant management review meetings across all relevant standards, monitor performance dashboards, and follow up on defined actions.
Process Quality & GMP
Approve validation protocols for new equipment and ensure process validations meet KORE and operational requirements.
Support production risk reduction through FMEAs, process quality audits, and implementation of improvement actions.
Promote GMP best practices, assess effectiveness, support troubleshooting, and collaborate with Production through training and standardization.
Packaging Development & Compliance
Ensure availability of compliant packaging materials for current and new products, aligned with KORE, legal, and CPS Packaging requirements.
Support development of new packaging materials and suppliers driven by sustainability, productivity, and value‑creation initiatives.
Ensure INAL, hazardous material, and UN certifications, participate in S&OP meetings with key suppliers, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation in systems such as SAP, PICASSO, and EtQ.
Special Projects
Participate in or lead global quality and CPS initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement across the system.
What Are the Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in quality or food safety roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, and integrated management systems.
- Understanding of Packaging Technology and Manufacturing Processes.
