HR Technology Software Developer
This is a hybrid role that would require team members to come onsite once per month in either La Crosse, WI or Rosemont, IL.
Position Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and deploys new custom software with a clear understanding of the value the software is to provide.
- Produces clean, efficient, well-commented code based on requirements and design.
- Analyzes, designs, generates and maintains SQL databases, stored procedures and other database objects.
- Troubleshoots complex processes, diagnoses the root cause and provides a stable solution without incurring technical debt.
- Produces accurate and clear documentation, both technical documents for the development team and user guides. Communicates these appropriately to the user base as needed.
- Helps maintain the backlog of requests and ideas, provides analysis and feedback regarding effort and risk, and helps refine tasks and prioritize and plan work.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Pay Range:
$101952 – $127440 USD Annually
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
