Training Facilitator/Coordinator

As our Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing effective training initiatives that align with the organization’s objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Position Related Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Develop, coach, and support Area Trainers, ensuring trainee qualifications meet established company and regulatory standards.
  • Audit and ensure consistency of training across all shifts; verify retraining is completed following process, equipment, or procedural changes.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with Operations Leadership to align and execute targeted training plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams to support operational excellence and performance goals.
  • Serve as a Training Facilitator and Continuous Improvement (CI) role model by coaching problem-solving, reinforcing accountability, and realigning expectations.
  • Develop, maintain, and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Single Point Lessons (SPLs), visual standards, and process settings.
  • Ensure all training standards are current, practical, consistently applied, and promptly updated following operational changes.
  • Schedule, deliver, and track regulatory, company-mandated, job-specific, and external training programs as required.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in New Hire Orientation and Departmental Onboarding activities.
  • Monitor, track, and report training completion, compliance, and status on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Review, enhance, and standardize department-specific training manuals and instructional materials, incorporating visual aids such as images, charts, and graphics.
  • Support plant production initiatives through the development and execution of improvement plans, resolution of equipment issues, downtime reduction efforts, and operational trials.

 Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3+ years position-related experience
  • Professional certifications in Training & Development a plus

Functional and Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of regulatory laws that impact training and employment, including ADA Standards and Compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles for organizing content

Pay Range:

$53,081 – $62,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
