Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Adhere to all established safety, health and quality General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company
- Oversee the optimal operation of their assigned plant’s Manufacturing Processes i.e., hands on process adjustments, changes to maintain required productivity, etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans
- Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes
- Apply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce process variation
- Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement
- Travel up to 10%
- Other duties as assigned
Pay Range:
$115434 – $144293 USD Annually
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
