Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing
About the role
The Coca-Cola Company and its affiliates do business in over 200 countries. We are creating new roles supporting the Senior Director, Transfer Pricing in the Corporate Tax Department, based in Atlanta. The Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing will play a key role in executing and documenting The Coca-Cola Company’s global transfer pricing strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to support in complex transfer pricing disputes/MAP/APAs, the transfer pricing policy development and compliance processes and the group operational transfer pricing function. This role will be integral to the group strategic and operational transfer pricing initiatives.
Key responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the group’s transfer pricing strategy in line with global business objectives and compliance requirements.

Provide support to the global transfer pricing group, including in the development and execution of global transfer pricing policies.

Support in responding to information requests in Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and other resolution proceedings.

Support data requests in the course of transfer pricing audits, inquiries, and disputes.

Serve as the primary contact for day–to–day transfer pricing queries from internal stakeholders.

Support the transfer pricing team in the review and presentation of quantitative data and in developing and reviewing financial models.

Analyze and document transfer pricing policies.

Support the preparation and review of transfer pricing calculations for compliance, forecasting, dispute resolution proceedings and reporting.

Development and review of global transfer pricing compliance, including local files, master file, benchmarking studies and modeling with the assistance of outside service providers.

Lead several key TP processes and support automation initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
-
5+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing with Big Four accounting/ consulting firm and/or large multinational group.

Qualified accountant, MBA, ACA or ACCA.

Practical technical knowledge of economic transfer pricing principles, US TP regulations and OECD Guidelines.

Proven ability to solve complex transfer pricing issues.

Proven quantitative skills relevant for TP policy development and controversy including building transfer pricing economic models.

Ability to lead the day-to-day transfer pricing operations with minimal supervision.

Pay Range:
$123,000 – $139,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15
