Customer Solutions Analyst (Salesforce)

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the design of new solutions aimed at enhancing Customer Solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform and associated applications 
  • Support SCIS Business Services by identifying opportunities where new or improved products can meet business needs. Conduct gap analyses and review current (“As-Is”) versus future (“To-Be”) processes
  • Create mock-ups and prototypes to demonstrate new capabilities within existing and upcoming solutions

Pay Range:
$74000 – $92500 USD Annually
