As a Production Technician with Coca-Cola, you will perform production and quality activities in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Quality System, GMPs, and company policies to ensure product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

  • Set up equipment; perform package filling, labeling, and accurate record retention per quality guidelines.
  • Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas, including cleaning and sanitizing tanks, piping, conveyors, and handling raw material deliveries.
  • Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or warehouse equipment to support production and shipping.
  • Inspect production and warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and operating standards.
  • Implement and maintain the Coca‑Cola Quality System; calculate production yields and scrap to track material variances.
  • Perform microbiological testing of ingredients, water, and finished products; inspect incoming ingredients and trailers.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve issues, share feedback, and support business objectives.
  • Identify and report non‑conforming activities to appropriate parties.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and retention of records and statistics in compliance with policies and standards.
  • Complete all other position related duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School, General Education or equivalent work experience.
  • Possess and exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
