Master Planning Analyst II (Fixed Term Contract)

The Master Planning Analyst – Link, Will be the liaison of the Material Operations team with the Plant, managing the coordination & communication between Supply Management and the Plants, facilitating inbound of ingredients, attending operational meetings and providing support on the Plant’s needs regarding activities under Supply Management responsibility

Main activities: 

Monthly execute PPV and inventory value analysis and provide related variations to Finance Department with narratives of main changes comparing to BP / RE.
Attend meetings in the Plant where can provide information and receive requested as the main Supply Management liaison. The meetings attended are: Pre-SPP, SPP, Daily Meeting, MRB, Demand, Weekly Missing Parts Session and any other forum which requires a Supply Link or a sourcing representative.

Weekly evaluate de expiration lots risk report and validate critical materials and actions provided by the Regional Planner / Buyers and report to the Master Planning Manager. 
Weekly analyze the missing material report against material availability information provided by the Regional Planner / Buyers and coordinate with local Master Planning Manager / Scheduling best production sequence based on the material availability.
Weekly execute the MRB evaluation and define action to avoid material white-off
PPV, ingredients inventory variance process execution, narratives, and reporting
Inputs on volume variations

Carry out a proper ingredient analysis to help prevent/mitigate ingredient shortages.
Support planning / scheduling teams in executing the monthly manufacturing plan.
Skills 

Proven, advanced experience in planning processes.
Knowledge of supply chain and production planning practices.
Strong skills in data analysis and corporate information systems.
Professional command of English (spoken and written).
