Production Coordinator

Job Summary:

 

Coordinate continuous improvement activities at CPS Mexico related to Manufacturing processes, aligned with Business Excellence strategy, and ensuring compliance with KORE requirements on Safety, Environmental and Quality. Promote Food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Productivity and efficiency guidelines established by the Company. Management Infrastructure

  • Coordinate CAPEX projects validations execution
  • Lead the Manufacturing Master Plan with a 3-year outlook
  • Mid-term and long-term capacity analysis for manufacturing processes
  • Define standards for visual management at manufacturing processes
  • Ensure good SAP practices within manufacturing processes
  • Ensure good inventory management practices and support WM/RF system (ITS mobile)
  • Promote flexibility and our Total Beverage Company vision to achieve NP launchings and initiatives according to each project timeline.
  • Ensure proper line product validation according to R&D´s and MX OU requirements for New Product launches and prototypes testing.

 

Operation Systems

  • Support and lead the implementation of our Digitalization Roadmap at Manufacturing processes.
  • Implement improvements identified in manufacturing areas through root cause problem solving tools eliminating or reducing waste and variability through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
  • Guide manufacturing processes to ensure work standards and KORE requirements are met.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and improve the process performance on real-time (OEE & SPC)         
  • Evaluate and improve bottlenecks in manufacturing areas as internal leader of capital projects and capacity maximization.
  • Enable the identification and implementation of new technologies and processes for continuous improvement
  • Ensure fixed assets management according to Finance Standard Politics and Procedures (SPP) guidelines     
  • Active participation for capital projects design and implementation
  • To promote projects to achieve optimal execution of production schedule by reducing MUV and increasing productivity
