Manager, Production
This Production Manager is responsible for leading and managing the manufacture of products at our 24/5 flavor manufacturing facility, involving multiple steps and complex processes, to meet quality standards and customer demands in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. The production Manager is responsible for building and supporting The Coca-Cola culture of continuous improvement and efficiency. This position is responsible for ensuring that operational metrics are met by effectively leading a team of 8-10 associates. This is a second or third shift role with opportunity to progress to first shift.
What you’ll do for us
- Supervise and lead a team of 8–10 manufacturing associates, ensuring adherence to safety (including food safety), quality, GMP, and 5S standards.
- Facilitate training, conduct pre-shift meetings, assign tasks, and perform audits to maintain operational excellence.
- Manage people-related responsibilities: timekeeping, accountability, coaching, and engagement.
- Oversee Tier I & II corrective action investigations, collaborating across departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain intellectual property, enforce raw material inventory policies, and ensure ERP/SAP transaction accuracy.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with document control and retention policies.
- Initiate process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity, including commercialization of new equipment/products.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance repairs for major machinery.
- Collect, track, and report key performance indicators for the production area.
- Serve as an internal auditor for ISO, KORE, and 5S requirements; ensure OSHA compliance and conduct safety audits.
- Identify and resolve operational roadblocks, fostering a collaborative, solution-focused environment.
- Follow procedures for isolating defective materials or hold product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience in a similar supply chain role.
- Proficiency in MS Office; strong skills in Excel.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality, GMP, and 5S.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Preferred: experience in food processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing; familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 compliance.
- Accountable for mission-critical team and process performance in alignment with plant goals.

Pay Range:
$100,000 – $124,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
