Senior Manager, Delivery Lead – Packaged Platform

Reports to: Senior Director & Head of Packaged Platform
The Delivery Lead ensures the seamless technical and operational execution of initiatives within GEP’s platforms. This role involves managing project schedules, cross-functional alignments, and stakeholder communication to deliver measurable outcomes for critical business initiatives. You will coordinate efforts and resources around operational efficiency, continuous improvement and delivery roadmaps, guaranteeing project objectives are delivered against the strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of equipment-related projects, from scope definition to final implementation and deployment.

Coordinate across teams (engineering, commercial, OUs, bottlers) to ensure project execution meets defined KPIs and SLAs.

Oversee delivery schedules and maintain proper communication flow with platform heads and senior stakeholders.

Identify roadblocks and implement corrective measures to maintain seamless execution timelines.

Provide thought leadership during team updates, ensuring key deliverables align with the strategy.

Conduct business impact analysis for completed projects and report ROI metrics to leadership teams.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Engineering-related disciplines.
-
4+ years of experience in managing medium-to-large-scale delivery projects within the CPG or foodservice sector.

Strong familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies and their application to varying projects.
-
Proven experience working within matrix environments, balancing priorities with diverse stakeholders and competing expectations.
-
Effective in tracking KPI achievement, adhering to budget constraints, and managing ROI metrics for projects.

Ability to work cross-functionally to Create Innovative Solutions, Partner Across the System and Protect Our Business.
Project & Delivery Management Competencies:

Expert in stakeholder management, driving engagement and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to conduct detailed project scoping, ensuring clear understanding of goals, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders.

Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies, maintaining project continuity.
-
Proficiency in resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project efficiency.
-
Advanced scheduling and time management skills using project management tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, or other PM software).
Preferred
-
PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent certifications.

Expertise in developing actionable dashboards for tracking project performance and decision-making.

Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

Pay Range:
$131,000 – $153,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
