Production Clerk (SAP Analyst)

As our SAP Analyst, you will support and enhance SAP systems used in manufacturing and supply chain operations. Additionally you will ensure accurate data, smooth system performance, and alignment of SAP processes with plant operations.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

  • Act as the primary support for SAP modules related to production planning (PP), materials management (MM), warehouse management (WM), and sales & distribution (SD).
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to optimize workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver business-driven solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and throughput.
  • Analyze manufacturing and supply chain processes to design and configure SAP solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Support daily plant operations, including order management, batch processing, inventory control, and logistics execution.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation to plant associates and supervisors.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications for system enhancements.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, and change management to ensure smooth implementation of improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity for production orders, Ballina orders, Singapore orders, material movements, and warehouse activities.
  • Collaborate with the ASRS/automation, finance, and quality teams to align SAP processes with operational needs for system clean up.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP and related plant systems (e.g., WMS, labeling, or production equipment interfaces).
  • Support audits and compliance by ensuring accurate system controls and reporting.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School; General Education
  • Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of SAP functional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PP, MM, WM, and/or SD modules.
  • Understanding of plant operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and provide on-call support when needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation (ASRS, conveyors, or crane systems).
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, EDI, or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement or lean manufacturing projects.

Pay Range:
$52,416 – $64,064

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
