  • Assess performance against financial targets and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results.
  • Collaborate on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives, including OBPPC strategies (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, and Channel).

2. Drive Pricing and Commercial Strategy:

  • Evaluate pricing models and lead scenario planning to enhance gross margins and profitability.
  • Support the development and execution of pricing, rebate, and deduction mechanisms with a financially disciplined approach.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment on joint pricing and promotional strategies to achieve broader business goals.

3. Bottler and Customer Financial Partnership:

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with bottlers and customers to align financial and business plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for bottler and customer negotiations, providing financial insights to support shared strategic objectives.

4. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead business planning and forecasting cycles, ensuring precision and timeliness in key deliverables.
  • Develop and evaluate P&Ls for customers, innovations, and business initiatives to drive key decision-making processes.
  • Support innovation projects, building robust business cases, financial models, and risk assessments.

5. Performance Reporting and Insights:

  • Provide in-depth financial reports and dashboards to communicate business performance and trends.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and leadership teams.
  • Share insights with cross-functional and external stakeholders to align joint strategies for growth and profitability.

6. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to align financial strategies with broader business initiatives.
  • Act as a financial thought partner for leadership, enabling agile decision-making backed by robust analysis.
  • Provide financial leadership on key projects, ensuring strong governance, control, and alignment with strategic priorities.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • MBA, CFA, or professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 4+ years in financial planning, commercial finance, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience in a multinational Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment is preferred.
  • Proven track record in revenue management, strategic planning, or pricing optimization.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, scenario analysis, etc.).
  • Strong analytical ability to derive insights from large datasets; knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, working capital, and profitability levers.
  • Familiarity with RGM (Revenue Growth Management) principles and OBPPC frameworks is an added advantage.

Soft Skills & Behaviors:

  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • An agile, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Highly collaborative team player who can effectively work across functions and geographies.

Our Purpose and Growth Culture:

We act with a growth mindset, take an expansive approach to what’s possible and believe in continuous learning to improve our business and ourselves.
