Senior Manager, CCTM Creative

Position Overview:

We are looking for an inspirational marketer that can turn business strategy into high impact advertising platforms on our biggest business across Greater China and Mongolia OU.  

The ideal candidate will be a keen brand strategist, an experienced master but also a curious learner with strong sense or understanding on creativity

The vision is to continue to elevate this most iconic brand AND drive double digit growth for the company. Greater China and Mongolia OU as one of the most important Coke™ market and leader of several critical global charters, achieving this vision locally will have an outsized impact across the world.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Core focus will be to turn brand strategies into impactful creative strategies and executions across the portfolio and geographies.
  • This will involve collaboration with local, global and other OU category teams across GC&M led campaigns as well as other OU led campaigns.
  • Master global brand architectures and standards, local human insights and media landscape (especially digital) to fuel creativity, inspire partners and maintain consistency in consumer brand experiences.  
  • Develop and manage agency partners, capability and process to produce increasingly effective creative strategies, content, amplification and innovation ideas.
  • Import and export winning ideas and work across the global Coke™ and marketing community.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree

Related Work Experience:

  • 8-12 years of working experience.
  • Experience leading creative strategy, development and execution across established in Greater China – with focus on FMCG businesses. Additional experience in other industries and geographies will be great.
  • Experience leading and working in large multi-functional and cross-geography teams.
  • Both agency-side strategic planning plus client-side brand or creative strategy experience is ideal.
  • English and Mandarin fluency is required to effectively operate in globally and local networked marketing model.
