Senior Director, Global Resource Allocation Program Delivery Lead
The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) is undergoing a fundamental transformation in how marketing and trade investments are allocated across the System to maximize strategic and operational outcomes. At the center of this transformation is Fuelight 360, a proprietary capability delivering actionable insights across Operating Units (OUs), Bottlers, and the Center. Fuelight 360 enables smarter, faster decisions by acting as a single source of truth for financial outcomes, customer impact, and consumer recruitment.
We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the global delivery and adoption of Fuelight 360, a flagship capability within our Global Resource Allocation Center of Excellence and one of our senior leadership's top priority initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will oversee program delivery, governance, and change management, collaborating with internal and external partners to scale this transformative solution enterprise-wide. As the Program Delivery Lead, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage key milestones, and ensure alignment across stakeholders to effectively embed Fuelight 360 into the Coca-Cola System. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a globally visible transformation that is critical to the company’s long-term success.
Primary Responsibilities
Program Delivery Management

Lead a Program Management Office (PMO) for Fuelight 360, organizing regular delivery routines, identifying milestones, and ensuring synchronization across all workstreams and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive goals, budgets, and plans for program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Monitor progress across workstreams, providing support and ensuring deliverables meet expectations, timelines, and KPIs.

Identify and address program gaps and opportunities, ensuring workstreams interconnect and leverage synergies across functions.

Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate risks, remove roadblocks, and drive escalations to resolution when needed.

Facilitate regular status meetings with senior leadership, stakeholders, and partners, providing updates on program health and progress.
Change Management and Adoption

Oversee the Change Leadership Lead and partner with cross-functional networked teams (including HR, Change Ambassadors, and external providers) to define, coordinate, and drive overarching change management initiatives.

Develop, execute, and monitor a stakeholder engagement plan to track adoption, address pain points, and accelerate integration of Fuelight 360 across geographies and business functions.

Provide strategic oversight for training programs, such as the development of THRIVE training tools, ensuring they address prioritized adoption needs across the System.

Guide the creation of communications and resources that simplify adoption for users while highlighting the business value of Fuelight 360.
Community of Practice Champion

Own and manage the Global Resource Allocation Knowledge Hub SharePoint platform, ensuring it evolves to meet the needs of Finance, Marketing, and Strategy teams for training and best practices.

Support and manage the Global Resource Allocation Community of Practice (CoP), driving collaboration and knowledge-sharing through regular calls, forums, and events.

Design and manage innovative engagement strategies, such as knowledge-building competitions and Bright Spot success showcases, to reinforce best practices and enhance the community’s adoption of key tools and processes.

Act as a steward for feedback from the Resource Allocation Community, aligning feedback into actionable backlog items and enhancements for program improvement.
Team Leadership & Management

Lead and oversee a networked team of internal and external resources responsible for communication, training, and key program delivery priorities.

Manage and mentor the Change Leadership Lead as well as networked contributors (e.g., Communications Lead, SharePoint/Engagement Coordinator, etc.), ensuring alignment with program objectives while building their capacity to execute.

Foster collaboration and alignment across functional teams, workstreams, and OUs through inclusive leadership and cross-functional engagement.
Related Knowledge & Experience
-
Required:
-
10–12 years of relevant experience in program management, resource allocation, marketing, finance, strategy, franchise operations, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs or transformational change initiatives across global organizations.

Experience leading teams and stakeholder engagement activities in matrixed or networked environments.

Preferred:
-
Hands-on experience working within the Coca-Cola System, including knowledge of OUs, Bottlers, and global Center dependencies.

Strong familiarity with change management, organizational transformation, or PMO best practices

Master’s degree and/or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (e.g., Prosci)..

Pay Range:
$189,000 – $217,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
