Senior Manager, Digital Twin Services

In this role, you’ll lead the concept creation and development of brand design assets, brand experiences, packaging, and equipment design. You’ll also support the marketing teams in collaborating with content managers, brand managers and integrated project teams to deliver design leadership and build the Company’s capability around design. What You’ll Do for Us

Leads the strategy and design vision across all consumer touch points, from innovative product packaging to brand experiences and retail execution.

Responsible for the development and execution of all creative aspects of the brand at a regional level. Directs and initiates the timely development of high quality innovative, creative, and regionally relevant design based on marketing objectives both globally and locally.

Leverage project management tools and processes to lead and manage Global Design deliverables, including but not limited to: project charter; project plans; project sponsors; PMO creation; status routines; change and decision logs etc.

Thinks, creates, and executes brand design strategy in a multidimensional and multi-platform fashion to ensure end to end creative excellence from sell-in to shelf.

Collaborates with teams composed of multi-disciplinary backgrounds ranging from brand marketing, design, engineering, and consumer research to ensure consumer and brand focus.

Manages design projects and design content creation through both external agencies and through hands-on tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.

Develops concepts and creative strategies that fulfill objectives of category, concept, and brief. Collaborates with content teams to ensure holistic brand storytelling.

Presents and communicates design solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to leadership and a wide variety of stakeholders.

Directs variety of creative resources (agencies, freelancers, writers, photographers, etc.) on creative execution to ensure holistic creative excellence. Identifies opportunities of improvement and change and initiate own proposals/projects.

Drives a common point of view around design for The Coca-Cola Company both internally and externally. Seeks out design trends, processes, agencies, etc. that can inform and drive innovation across our brands and world class results.

Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project life cycle. Provide project plans, cost estimates, and status / progress reports to leadership team. Partner with project work-stream leaders to ensure project is moving forward within specified guidelines, requirements, timeline, and budget.
Qualifications & Requirements

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in creative or graphic design, marketing or related field.

5+ years of creative experience in a client-side or agency role with experience in traditional and non-traditional content development, off-line and online media including TV, print, radio, outdoor, online and mobile.

Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and executing impactful, engaging creative across platforms including digital/social/traditional/instore and point of sale platforms.

Excellent creative and conceptualization skills with an ability to adapt to established styles as well as create new and diverse ones.

Expert knowledge and experience in graphic design, art direction, photography, video conception, ,UX/UI digital technology and print design standards

Experience in Creative planning and process across owned, earned, shared and paid connections and an extensive portfolio of work.

Must have excellent skills in creative ideation and implementation of seasonal campaigns as well as daily content delivery

Proven design expertise and credentials: inspiring and directing both internal and external design resources.

Demonstrated ability to deliver project with business stewardship across internal and external functional groups, teams, and stakeholders.

Ability to galvanize support for ideas through excellent influencing and communication skills

Results oriented with ability to multi-task; comfortable with a fast-paced, changing environment

Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors and succeed via influencing rather than direct authority.

Experience leading and partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams.

Pay Range:
$130,000 – $147,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
