LATAM Marketplace Performance Senior Manager
Job Description Summary
The LATAM Marketplace Performance Senior Manager will serve as the strategic lead for consolidating and interpreting marketplace performance data across the LATAM Operating Unit.
What You’ll Do for Us
- This role will leverage diverse data sources—including retail audits (e.g., Nielsen, Global Data, Meiko), home panels (e.g., Kantar), and other syndicated marketplace measurement tools—to generate actionable insights that explain market share performance
- Identify and interpret marketplace trends, competitive shifts, and brand performance drivers to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Competitive Insights team, helping to prioritize and conduct deep-dive competitor analyses.
- Proactively identify performance gaps and opportunities by analyzing data from syndicated sources and internal commercial intelligence.
- Partner with the global teams to monitor monthly trends, flag deviations, and ensure consistency and accuracy across all marketplace data sources.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy, category management, or consumer insights, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong experience working with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, and Global Data.
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into business narratives and recommendations.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration across geographies and teams.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
