Manager BI & Business Tracking – Mexico North
Job Description Summary:
At the Coca-Cola Company, we work collaboratively to find new and innovative ways to strategically move the business forward by leading, developing and executing digital strategy in partnership with our customer and bottler relationships. We set the standards and policies for the Company and we’re looking for candidates with a proven ability to implement initiatives, develop marketing strategy and decipher market data to make a global impact for the world’s most recognized brands. You’ll execute strategies with bottling partners, assist management with identifying opportunities, provide recommendations and implement key initiatives including sales planning, monitoring sales and activity records. The success candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects in the commercial marketplace.
What You’ll Do for Us
Acting as an enabler, architect, and business translator through five main tracks:
Business Plan / Moonshots Detection of Opportunities and Risks Towards Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics Competitiveness Facts-driven Insights Generator Processes and Routines
The specific actions include:
- Help the operations team focus on high-value opportunities that drive profitable growth while ensuring positive market share. Diagnose and track category/market combinations that allow us to gain share across categories and territories.
- Utilize a fact-based, strategic approach to identify insights, strategies, and leading-edge solutions to enhance local/granular strategy with actionable levers.
- Create accessible tools to improve decision-making for multifunctional teams, from pulling data and insights to standardizing and simplifying information, and creating various visualizations like dashboards to make recommendations.
- Identify and develop business opportunities and plans, along with the continued assessment of local capabilities (R&O).
- Develop and align relevant KPIs (Volume, Pack Mix, Brand Mix & Share of Value) for short and long term priorities and workstreams.
- Serve as the orchestrator and co-creator of the Business Plan, including processes, metrics, and bottler alignment.
- Act as an enabler by connecting the network and promoting close relationships with various stakeholders, fostering a trusted collaborative environment.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams as required.

Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Business or related field, Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership in a digital commerce with a global consumer packaged goods experience, to include branding and grocery are needed.
- Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
- Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership.
- Distribution center knowledge is ideal
- The ability to influence outcomes and be persuasive are ideal
- Experience or ability to learn and implement agile projects management.
- Proven success with social media ecosphere and leveraging these to drive incremental sales.
- Proven record of localizing and implementing a global consumer goods strategy.
- Strong understanding of system financials/economics
