Senior Director, Commercial Execution & Channel Strategies
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing scalable processes for channel-based strategy deployment, designing and institutionalizing new channel segmentation models. It leads the creation of long-term strategic roadmaps, integrates advanced analytics into channel planning, and redefines cross-functional collaboration models to ensure end-to-end alignment across marketing, commercial, and bottler teams. The role continuously assesses systems and processes to adapt to shifting market dynamics, shopper trends, and omnichannel transformation.
Work That Matters The Most
- E2E Channel Strategy, Development & Execution Strategy responsibility, where EME RGM team takes a crucial role in OU plans and pioneer in global lvl capability development, with direct major impact on OU topline and bottom line ambitions
- Lead the Channel strategy team and deliver game-changing channel strategies and playbooks for the OU that are deeply rooted in shopper and channel insights, to drive significant basket/purchase incidence increase, by connecting seamlessly with relevant occasions in each channel and ultimately drive sustainable and accelerated growth for the System (NSR, transactions, and margin expansion).
- Leading Commercial agenda, covers Channel Development, Execution Strategy, VTM Strategy, and landing those strategies via frontline commercial teams
- Lead all channel planning for the OU and support countries in creating the Annual channel plans, that help deliver the OU channel strategies in the markets. This includes clear channel program, calendars, PICOS and fact-based targets and KPI’s for our markets and supporting our front lines CCL teams in alignment with key stake holders.
- Influence executive leadership on commercial strategy of key big bets (e.g. Execution: Outlet Segmentation, RED Coverage & methodologies, PICOS, ABCs of execution)
- Work closely with marketing team to integrate commercial/shopper centric solutions and activations into respective brand campaigns. Create playbooks for the OU and help embed strategies into country channel plans. Further leverage RGM/Segmentation strategies to improve plan effectiveness and end results.
- Ensures strong integration of category plans and franchise needs with Channel and Commercial Execution Plans (i.e. end to end integration), with leveraging strong negotiation and influencing skills both internally and externally
- Extensively and proactively analyzes problems and recommends new direction or advancements within commercial perspective, to drive additional growth for the organization
- Partner & pioneer in capability development with global C&CL, other OUs and bottling partners, with connecting frequently with internal and external senior leaders
- Develops commercial execution talent pipeline thru innovative talent strategy (including recruitment, building, and exporting)

Experience
– Proven experience in a senior leadership role on RGM, Commercial Execution, Strategy, VTM with people management experience (+15 years)
– Proven ability to drive system influence and implementation of strategies & plans.
– Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to smoothly collaborate with multitude of system stakeholders.
– Strong networking & matrix management skills
– This role requires understanding of Coca-Cola company and/or bottling partners RTM and sales operations and system economics.
