Travel: This position requires working in the office three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).

About the Role

We are seeking a highly curious and empowered Senior Manager, RGM Capabilities to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing management of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities, enabling the organization to drive sustainable performance growth.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of RGM products and solutions. This includes understanding business needs, managing solution design and build, driving seamless deployment, managing impactful change initiatives, and ensuring future enhancements and continuous support. You’ll be instrumental in shaping AI-powered analytics tools and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making across North America.

What You'll Do For Us

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Product Ownership

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business needs, translating them into product and solution requirements. Partner with the business, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas supported by the capabilities.

  • Solution Design & Build: Lead modernization initiatives focused on AI-powered analytics tools and dashboard ecosystems, ensuring alignment with RGM strategy.

  • Deployment Planning: Oversee the seamless rollout of solutions, ensuring successful adoption and optimized outcomes.

  • Enhancement & Support: Continuously evolve and refine tools and capabilities post-deployment, leveraging feedback, technological advancements, and business insights.

2. AI-Powered Analytics & Dashboard Enablement

  • Support scalable analytics platforms powered by artificial intelligence that deliver meaningful, actionable insights for RGM strategies.

  • Enhance and manage a suite of intuitive, visually compelling dashboards to monitor, predict, and influence key business metrics.

  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure high-quality data solutions are integrated into the tools.

3. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in across RGM, Sales, Commercial, IT, and Data Science.

  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business decision-makers, ensuring tools meet real-world requirements while achieving operational excellence.

  • Educate, empower, and inspire stakeholders through transparency, engagement, and collaboration.

4. Change Management

  • Develop and execute robust change management plans to maximize adoption and business impact of new tools and solutions.

  • Build training materials, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to guide users in understanding and effectively leveraging the tools.

5. Performance Optimization & Innovation

  • Continuously monitor product performance, assessing opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, championing disruptive innovation to keep RGM capabilities world-class.

What Youll Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.

Core Competencies and Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, business strategy, or related roles; experience in Revenue Growth Management is a strong plus.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles in a global or complex organization.

Pay Range:
$116,500 – $145,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
