Senior Director – Stills Finance – South Zone

A successful Stills Finance Sr Director is a business partner that co-leads the LatAm Stills strategy and maximizes System’s value based on an integrated understanding of the business, while boosting people’s experience. 

The position requires a solid understanding of P&L dynamics, Financial Modeling, Value Chain Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Intelligence and ROI analysis. 

Data driven, strong analytical skills as well as good communications are key to achieving these position requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to set an agenda that could combine supporting key strategical and transformational initiatives to accelerate Stills business growth in Brazil and South Cone and, at the same time, handling core FP&A processes. 

The Stills Finance Sr Director will also play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining close collaboration with the different bottlers in Brazil and South Cone to align business opportunities and to manage the different business models related to the Stills categories. This role serves as the primary point of contact for 5 different Joint Ventures and it is also responsible of representing KO in the Financial Committee of these companies.

Position Overview:  

Location: primary Brazil. Secondary location: Argentina/Chile. No relocation provided. 

Focus, Scope, & Impact: 

  • Strengthen franchise relationships with Brazilian and South Cne Bottlers and manage the different complexities of the 5 Joint Ventures. 

  • Support business transformation initiatives working closely with the KO Stills Leadership and Bottler's teams.  

  • Partner with Category teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to accelerate portfolio opportunities for the Stills Business. 

  • Manage the Stills Business alongside GMs through 1) providing business performance perspective, 2) assessing key risks and opportunities, 3) supporting financial valuations of plans/initiatives (acceleration plans, pricing initiatives, etc.) and 4) working on sound projections (Long Range Plan, Business Plan, Rolling Estimate, Closing Estimates, among others). 

  • Elevate people's experience in the Stills Finance team 

Functional related activities: 

  • Role model the "Leadership in the Network" definition 

  • Provide holistic understanding of business performance inside the Franchise.  

  • Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to collaborate across Franchise  

  • Deliver core financial strategies, practices and solutions, to grow business profitability in a sustainable way 

  • Being a reference for the team and contribute to people's development 

Related work experience: 

  • 10 years of leadership experience in Finance. Key areas: Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partner, Head of Finance for a Category/Market, Financial Analysis, Business Development 

  • >8 years of Massive Consumption Companies experience. Deep understanding of production, selling and distribution processes. 

  • Financial Modeling and Valuation. Ability to build models from scratch and support business decisions based on them. 

  • Business Intelligence. Capable of designing and building processes and tools to transform raw data into comprehensive information. 

  • Understanding of profitability dynamics. Being able to understand/anticipate the impacts of business strategies across the business. 

  • Bottling business dynamics. Not necessary but a plus
