Position Overview

To accelerate the execution of key initiatives i.e (Stills, CCNS, SS, Refillables, markets) by providing insights, inputs and supporting the end to end of project execution.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

The selected intern will assume a project manager role for the assigned projects, directly interacting with Strategic Planning, extender strategy teams, franchise operations. 

The intern will act as a steward of the process to advance in the projects, and it is a must to have a handoff approach supporting data analysis, presentation development, and trade visit if it will be necessary.

Data collection, data process and analysis.  Insights findings: market trend, execution, customer insights. GANT Project status Executive presentations.

Education Requirements: 

  • Minimum Required:  Bachelor’s degree in progress

Degree or University in Business Administration/Management

Related Work Experience: 

  • Experience is not required.

Functional Skills:   

  • Project management skills, with clear understanding on how projects contribute to business success
  • Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills,
  • Problem solving mindset, and the ability to build up simple plans that can be easily understood by frontline salespeople and customers.

Hard Skills:

  • Excel & Power Point
