Finance Analyst – Fixed Term Contract
At The Coca-Cola Company, recognized worldwide for leadership in the beverage industry, we're looking for a Financial Coordinator based in Mexico. We want someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedication to keeping figures accurate. The ideal candidate will be someone who can handle contracts, track payments, and keep our financial records straight.
What you'll do for us:
- Responsible for the accounts receivable process from third-party intercompany transactions.
- Contact with clients, account integrations, and balance sheet projections.
- Responsible for internal audits in warehouses and the monitoring of temporary locations and non-compliant material.
- Support in the fixed asset identification process.
- Generation of reports for Finance, Production, and Warehouses.
- Updating graphs of temporary locations and PPV for the Finance comm center.
- Preparation of the blocked stock variation report (Non-compliant Material) and graph update for the comm center.
- Support in the fixed asset identification process.
- Tagging newly capitalized assets.
- Follow-up in meetings for transportation claims and supplier claims (RTV).
- Calculation of prices per part (for sale to bottlers).
- Downloading information from SAP for the generation of various reports.
- Support for miscellaneous invoicing and downloading sustainability tickets.
