We are seeking a Communications Manager to lead integrated storytelling across policy, sustainability, and social impact. This role will enhance Coca-Cola’s reputation, foster stakeholder trust, and support responsible business growth.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Strengthen trust and corporate reputation by positioning Coca-Cola as a responsible, ethical, and purpose-driven company that acts in the best interests of people and communities
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies across policy, sustainability, and social impact, aligned with Coca-Cola’s global frameworks and local priorities.
- Create insight-driven communication materials that articulate Coca-Cola’s position on public policy issues.
- Monitor the regulatory and ESG landscape, track emerging issues, and provide timely updates and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and execute advocacy campaigns across traditional and digital platforms to elevate Coca-Cola’s leadership in responsible business practices.
- Lead proactive media outreach including press releases, advisories, and thought leadership pieces to support public policy, and ESG communication.
- Organize stakeholder engagements such as roundtables, panel discussions, and media briefings to position Coca-Cola in relevant policy and ESG dialogues.
- Prepare and support spokespersons for policy and ESG-related engagements to ensure consistent and credible messaging.
- Amplify environmental initiatives and communicate social impact initiatives internally and externally.
- Curate human-centered storytelling showcasing community impact and partner collaboration on digital and social media.
- Organize exposure visits to sustainability and community project sites for media, influencers, and stakeholders to foster authentic storytelling.
- Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure message alignment and unified execution.
- Create and deploy communication toolkits, content calendars, messaging templates, and storytelling frameworks for internal and external use.
- Establish and maintain proactive reputation management and crisis response plans for regulatory and public affairs risks, including scenario planning and communications preparedness.
- Track and report on communication effectiveness through effective KPIs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Post Graduation or equivalent in Communications,
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in communications,
- Strong experience in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and digital storytelling.
- Deep understanding of India’s regulatory and sustainability landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
