The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a seasoned leader with an exceptional track record in manufacturing and operational excellence for the role of Senior Director II, General Management – GM Plant Operations. In this pivotal position, you will oversee comprehensive plant operations, steering strategic initiatives, and fostering valuable relationships.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Architect the long-term operational strategy for the organization, embodying our mission and vision across the entirety of Operating Unit operations.
  • Craft and execute an annual business plan, aligning goals and priorities across functions while integrating the workflow of our teams.
  • Spearhead transformative initiatives in line with the company's strategic commitments, driving innovation, enhancing customer relationships, and optimizing costs.
  • Uphold site leadership responsibilities, navigating local regulatory frameworks and fostering relationships.
  • Champion continuous improvement, focusing on significant activities, process enhancement, and full-spectrum partnership integration with the operating unit.
  • Secure support from global IT and service areas, ensuring robust leadership across multiple management sectors – from Production to Finance.
  • Foster growth and development within your teams, building a culture of engagement and nurturing the next wave of leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Engineering, Business or related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations within the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated competence in delivering business results, managing transitions, and overseeing a supply chain environment.
  • Experience across various operational functions, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and proficiency in P&L management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a history of maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in developing local strategy within a complex portfolio or matrixed business environment.
