Senior Manager, Workday Extend & Automation
Job description summary:
The Senior Manager, Workday Extend will partner with business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support and deliver scalable, visually intuitive, and business-aligned Workday Extend applications. This role is responsible for maximizing The Coca-Cola Company’s investment in Workday Extend by fully leveraging its capabilities.
By driving adoption and championing continuous improvement, you will help us enhance and streamline business processes, ensuring the end-to-end solution is designed and configured to meet Coca-Cola’s requirements. This role will be required to understand Coca-Cola policies and practices and liaise between our internal teams and external vendor resources to develop, integrate, and deploy new Workday Extend applications and enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Extend Applications: Design, build, and manage scalable and visually intuitive Workday Extend applications that align with business objectives and provide an exceptional user experience.

Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Engage with business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand and capture business requirements, ensuring that Workday Extend applications meet those requirements effectively.

Manage Integrations: Develop and oversee integrations to support Workday Extend applications using Workday Extend APIs, Workday Studio, and other tools, ensuring accuracy and seamless functionality across systems.

Resolve Technical Issues: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to existing Workday Extend applications and integrations, minimizing operational disruptions.

Document Solutions: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday Extend solutions, including design specifications, testing plans, and deployment strategies.

Support and Train Users: Provide training, enablement, and technical support to internal teams for newly developed Workday Extend applications.

Oversee Project Management: Manage the testing and deployment of Workday Extend applications, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring thorough and complete testing processes.

Identify and Implement Improvements: Recognize opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights for redesigning business processes to optimize results.
Functional Skills:

Workday Extend Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Workday tools and technologies, including at least 2 years specializing in Workday Extend application development.

Technical Consulting and Design: 4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.

Workday Tools Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Workday Extend, Orchestrations, Workday Studio, BIRT, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).

User Interface Design: A solid understanding of visual design principles to ensure seamless, user-friendly application interfaces.

Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Required Technical and Professional Experience:

At least 5 years’ experience in Workday ecosystem.

At least 5 years’ experience Technology or Data management.
Additional Experience and Attributes:

Workday Certification: Workday certification(s) in Workday Extend and/or Workday Integrations.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript) and experience with JSON, XML, and XSLT.

Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization with diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
Pay Range:
$131,300 – $148,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
