Key Responsibilities: 

  • As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the development and execution of HR initiatives that contribute to a thriving work environment. You will work on talent attraction learning & development, talent management, employee engagement and HR strategy & analytics efforts that help us build a winning team across Europe. 

  • Support the delivery of the Marketing People Plan, helping track progress and coordinate actions across teams.

  • Assist in shaping the people agenda by identifying key challenges and supporting engagement activities.

  • Help run employee development programs and team effectiveness sessions, including training, upskilling, and career growth for marketing teams.

  • Support key talent and performance routines, such as goal setting, performance check-ins, and succession planning.

  • Analyse people data to support insights, reports, and decision-making.

  • Assist in delivering HR projects that improve the employee experience and team effectiveness.

  • Work closely with the P&C and Marketing teams to keep talent efforts aligned with business goals.

  • Help maintain accurate records of organizational moves, project resource allocations, or role changes.

  • Help plan and follow up on engagement surveys and action planning.

Requirements: 

  • Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. 

  • Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Germany. No visa sponsorship is provided. 

  • Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 9-12 month internship. 

  • Language: Fluency in English and German (with strong verbal and written communication skills) or fluency in English and Dutch

  • Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment. 

  • Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships. 

  • Relevant Knowledge: Passionate about people and culture. Maintains confidentiality, showcases creativity, and has good project management skills. Be comfortable in managing & processing data into insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
