Pilot Captain

Our Aviation Team consists of 28 professionals who provide premium services to the Coca-Cola’s executive team. Flight operations support the company’s business worldwide, covering six continents.

Position Overview: The International Captain reports to the Chief Pilot and is

responsible for the safe operation of company aircraft in accordance with

company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all standards established by the company, manufacturers, and regulating authorities.
  • Participate actively in the department Safety Management System.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Effective leadership skills and abilities.
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle complex operational and technical challenges.
  • Engagement with industry and aircraft operational and technical advancements.
  • Completion of advanced operational training on aircraft.

  • Team-first mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating.
  • Current FAA first-class medical certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).
  • Current passport or other travel documents enabling the bearer to freely exit and re-enter the U.S. (multiple reentry status) and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • ICAO English Proficient.
  • Ability to travel freely without restriction to all countries served by TCCC.
  • Documented International Pilot in Command operational experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four-year degree program from an accredited college or university.
  • 8 years of international operational aviation experience (civil, military, or government) operating large cabin business jets.
  • Minimum of 3,000 hours of total documented flight time.
  • Gulfstream GVII type rating.

Pay Range:
$250,272 – $298,945

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
