Uzbekistan Franchise Intern
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our The Coca-Cola Company Uzbekistan business. The intern will assist in various tasks related to performance management, commercial strategy execution, and market analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in franchise management, commercial strategy, and business planning within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Assist Senior Managers to prepare and analyze performance reports (revenue, volume, share, transactions).
- Assist Senior Managers in Franchise and Marketing Functions to support execution of commercial and marketing strategies
- Monitor market conditions, conduct market research and develop insights that would support to grow the business
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Energized and motivated individual
- Does not wait for directions but proactively seeks to contribute
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Passion for learning about franchise management, commercial strategy, and business planning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Understanding of channel marketing, syndicated marketing research, and competitive analysis is preferred but not mandatory
