Senior Manager, Digital Commerce

Job profile / Main Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
- Design and implement short, medium, and long-term growth strategies, including market expansion, customer segmentation, and product diversification.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure growth strategies are aligned with the brand and marketing objectives.
- Creation and documentation of commercial policies: promotions, returns, customer satisfaction, post sales communications.
- Work together with de ETH Offline Leads of KO & The 7 Bottlers, with special focus on revenue growth, channel data strategy, and offline channel as a source of digitalization by designing and executing strategy of recruitment initiatives for new digital customers (conventional recruitment, referrals, loyalty programs, etc.)
Project Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional growth projects, ensuring effective collaboration between operations, marketing, product, and technology teams.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between departments to ensure cohesion in strategy execution. Product Portfolio Strategy
- Strategize the SKUs existing offerings, focusing on differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Development of NARTD and multi-category occasions portfolio by Bottler catalogue.
- Develop and implement a dynamic pricing strategy that maximizes profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Implement Merchandising Strategy as part of the value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product mix and manage the product lifecycle effectively.
Picture of Success

Lead Digital Shelf Project execution for ETH aligned with global team, as part of the Digital Council priorities (Global XP).

Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress against the Picture of Success metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.

Experiment with new ideas and approaches to achieve the Picture of Success in a dynamic ecommerce landscape.
Market Analysis and Trends:

Skills and Competencies Required:
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience within the CPG or e-commerce industry
- Strong experience in the commercial area and P&L management
- Experience with digital channels / e-commerce or leading innovation projects. Recommended experience developing platforms such as Amazon, Rappi, Cornershop.
- Strong ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- People Management skills
- Languages: Spanish and English
