Global Coffee RTD is projected to be one of the fastest-growing beverage categories. The Global Ventures Team is leading TCCC’s growth in this space and is seeking a dynamic Brand Director to join them on the journey. The Brand Director will work across the cross-functional team, as well as the internal global marketing capabilities teams, to steward the global roll-out of the current marketing plans, and lead budget/ routine management and coordination. This role will require a blend of portfolio management expertise, relationship management, timeline management, and the ability to manage through ambiguity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR US:

  • RTD Coffee planning: Support planning for RTD category strategy the identified strategic growth pillar for a Need State portfolio across all markets to deliver against business growth ambition
  • RTD Coffee Global IMX (integrated marketing experience): Deliver ‘bold & brilliant’ marketing plans against the identified strategic growth pillar in close collaboration with local teams (Integrated Marketing Experiences and Global/Regional/Local market teams as relevant).
  • Innovation Planning Support: Support development and roll out of innovation across key markets; work with local operating units (OU) to localize and ensure innovations are delivered through OU planning and selling timelines on-time in full
  • Budgeting: Drive synergies of scale, budget productivity and brand equity by challenging and building on existing frameworks/platforms and by importing and exporting great ideas.
  • Performance Management: lead global performance measurements by using insights and collected from situation assessment, marketplace information from local teams to support the brand and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the beverage or CPG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master's in marketing; agency/relationship management preferred
  • Proven track record of working as a marketing manager to successfully lead and deliver complex projects on time
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams
