Manager, Global Capex Procurement

Job Overview: The Global Capex Procurement Manager will manage CPS global categories spend with a focus on Capex ranging from $75M to $150M. This role acts as the procurement point of coordination for Capex projects, defining and executing global strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead sourcing strategies, negotiations, and contracting for global Capex projects.
  • Manage supplier performance issues and act as the point of escalation for project teams.
  • Engage with CPS operations (Engineering, QSE, Manufacturing & Finance) for stakeholder management.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships to achieve long-term business goals.
  • Ensure risk management and compliance, including appropriate NDAs and contracts.
  • Participate in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs with strategic suppliers.
  • Support other activities as agreed upon.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of procurement/supply management experience, preferably in indirect and Capex.
  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA/MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
  • Experience working with different cultures; knowledge of Spanish is beneficial.

Pay Range:
$92,600 – $114,400
