CPS AR Operational Excellence Intern

Job summary

Assure CPS Argentina Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma and agile methodology execution by supporting implementation and executing planned activities.

Identify and eliminate waste and variability sources. Develop and execute implementation plans for improvement.

Execute the OE training program in CPS Argentina.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Implement OE Tools generating empowerment to ensure sustainability: Relentless Loss Elimination; Material and Information continuous Flow; Standard Work; Maintenance System (BEC and EXIM); Communication Center and OEE; Work Methodology and Cycle Time Analysis; Workplace Organization 5S. etc.
  • Assess work progress against milestones and accomplish Roadmap´s goals.
  • Lead 5S Monthly Audit´s and reports
  • Lead T-Cards reporting and follow up.
  • Support and participate in Workshops, Six Sigma projects; implement through Agile methodology. Lead OE Implementations assuring alignment of the work streams activities based on the value stream analysis.
  • Identify safety, food safety, environmental and quality risks and/or opportunities, and apply problem solving tools to ensure conformance and continuous improvement of processes. Ensure the organizational knowledge maintenance.

Educational requirements

  • College Degree: Engineering, Chemistry, Accountant, Food or similar – in process
  • Fully Bilingual:  Spanish-English
