Intern – Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Duration: 6 months (with a possibility of extension to 12 months)

Marketing Technologies Project Manager

The Coca-Cola Marketing Technologies team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern for a 6-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and contribute to various initiatives within the company. The ideal candidate will be an active student enrolled in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)-related course STEM-related course, preferably in their 4th year of university.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops.

  • Assist in creating detailed reports and presentations for various business functions and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and insights.

  • Support project management activities, including tracking and reporting project timelines and deliverables.

  • Analyze enterprise platforms and data to perform key technical tasks.

  • Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)-related course or a degree in MBA.

  • Prior internship experience in marketing technology is a plus; if not, a strong understanding of marketing is required.

  • Currently enrolled in a university, ideally in the 4th year of study.

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with proven ability to multitask and adhere to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, especially when working with multiple internal stakeholders.

Soft Skills & Functional Skills

  • Strong desire to learn and demonstrate professional drive.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with project management software/tools is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Internship Details:

  • The internship is scheduled for a duration of 6 months, with the potential to extend to 12 months based on performance and business needs.

  • The role requires a commitment of at least 3-days per week, with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. There may be occasional evening meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
