Intern – Project Manager
Location: Singapore
Duration: 6 months (with a possibility of extension to 12 months)
Work Schedule: Minimum of 3 days per week, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional evening meetings
Marketing Technologies Project Manager
The Coca-Cola Marketing Technologies team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern for a 6-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and contribute to various initiatives within the company. The ideal candidate will be an active student enrolled in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)-related course STEM-related course, preferably in their 4th year of university.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops.

Assist in creating detailed reports and presentations for various business functions and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and insights.

Support project management activities, including tracking and reporting project timelines and deliverables.

Analyze enterprise platforms and data to perform key technical tasks.

Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualification & Requirements:

Undergraduate or postgraduate student in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)-related course or a degree in MBA.

Prior internship experience in marketing technology is a plus; if not, a strong understanding of marketing is required.

Currently enrolled in a university, ideally in the 4th year of study.

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with proven ability to multitask and adhere to changing priorities and deadlines.

Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, especially when working with multiple internal stakeholders.
Soft Skills & Functional Skills

Strong desire to learn and demonstrate professional drive.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with project management software/tools is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Internship Details:

The internship is scheduled for a duration of 6 months, with the potential to extend to 12 months based on performance and business needs.

The role requires a commitment of at least 3-days per week, with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. There may be occasional evening meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
