Maintenance/Reliability Supervisor
Position Overview:
- Ensuring day to day Process Equipment and all supporting utilities are functioning as per design
- Ensuring all maintenance related activities performed by Engineering department are in full compliance to KORE requirement as well as ISO standard and other relevant regulations or standard applied.
- Managing daily maintenance operation around process equipment, utilities, and facility-building.
- Acting as first point of contact in all maintenance related matters.
- Document and Maintenance data management, including Computerized Maintenance Management System, Calibration, and Licenses
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible of managing small maintenance team for all local maintenance activities
- Responsible of coordinating maintenance work for all maintenance type (PM, CbM, PdM, RTF, etc)
- Responsible of performing analysis of maintenance performance-related to engineering metrics in monthly basis, finding the gap and laying out action items, presenting to management during regular review.
- Comply to all HSE and Quality standard applied in CPS Indonesia.
Requirement:
- Holding at the minimum, bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written, IELTS band 7 is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as Maintenance/Engineering supervisor leading team of minimum 5 with different position.
- Having strong skill and knowledge in hands-on troubleshoot of low/ high voltage instruments, Electrical system, Hydraulic system, Pneumatic system, Rotating equipment, and Materials.
- Possess strong leadership material.
- Solid knowledge on Maintenance and Spare Part management process.
- Fluency in using CMMS, SAP PM Module is a must.
- Proficient in managing and planning work orders.
- Strong knowledge on Reliability Centered Maintenance, CMRP or CMRT is a plus point.
- Having strong analytical skill, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication and influencing skill.
